How to buy

From nothing to $PONKOIN in about five minutes.

If you have bought anything on Solana before, skip to step three. If this is your first token, every step is spelled out below.

Install a Solana wallet

You need somewhere to hold SOL and $PONKOIN. Phantom is the most common choice and works as a browser extension and a mobile app; Solflare is an equally good alternative. Download only from the official site or your device's app store.

During setup you will be shown a recovery phrase of twelve or twenty-four words. Write it on paper and store it somewhere safe. Anyone who has those words owns everything in that wallet. No genuine support person will ever ask you for them.

Fund the wallet with SOL

Buy SOL on any exchange that serves your country, then withdraw it to your wallet address. Copy the address straight from your wallet — never retype it — and make sure you select the Solana network when withdrawing. Sending SOL over the wrong network loses it permanently.

Leave a little SOL spare beyond what you plan to spend. Solana fees are tiny, but a wallet with exactly zero SOL left cannot send a transaction at all.

Open the official Ponkoin page and check the address

This is the step that matters most. Copycat tokens use the same name and the same artwork, so the mint address is the only reliable way to tell the real one apart.

Contract address (Solana)

Compare the address on the pump.fun page against the one above, character by character — not just the first and last few.

Connect your wallet

Click connect on pump.fun and approve the request in your wallet. Connecting only lets the site read your public address and propose transactions — it never moves funds on its own, and you approve every transaction individually.

Swap SOL for $PONKOIN

Enter how much SOL you want to spend and review the quote. On a fast-moving token you may need to raise slippage tolerance a little for the trade to go through; raise it as little as you can get away with, because a high setting means a worse fill.

Confirm in your wallet. On Solana this normally settles in a couple of seconds.

Check the tokens landed

Open your wallet and look for the balance. If it does not appear automatically, add a custom token using the mint address and it will show up. That is it — you are in the pond.

Alternative route

Prefer a DEX aggregator?

Once a pump.fun token graduates to an open market, it becomes swappable through the usual Solana aggregators as well.

Whichever route you take, paste the mint address into the token search rather than picking the first result by name.

Stay safe

Five rules that prevent almost every loss.

Never share your recovery phrase. Not with support, not with a moderator, not with a site that asks you to "validate" your wallet. There is no legitimate reason to type it anywhere except your own wallet app.

Only use links from this site or the official socials. Search results and replies under popular posts are the two most common places fake links appear.

Verify the mint address every time. Clipboard-hijacking malware exists, and address poisoning is common. Compare the whole string, not the ends.

Size the position like it might go to zero. Because it might. A meme coin should be a small, deliberate slice of money you can afford to lose entirely.

Nobody will DM you first. Not to offer you an allocation, not to help you recover funds, not to send you a "verification" link. Unsolicited direct messages about Ponkoin are scams without exception.

Guide finished. Wallet ready?

Open pump.fun, check the address one more time, and make the swap.
